While leadership has many characteristics and styles, it is ultimately the art of motivating a group of people to act toward achieving a common goal. No matter your industry or whether you hold a formal leadership title, you will have the opportunity to lead. As a graduate student, you may take the lead on a group project or lead the research lab you are a part of. As a professional, you may lead a department or even an entire organization. This interactive workshop will help you discover how the qualities you possess can add value to your teams.
