Office Hours are just as important for online courses as they are for face-to-face courses. But how do you hold virtual office hours? This workshop focuses on why and how office hours can be utilized to ensure optimal presence in your class, ongoing connection with you students, and that your online course runs as best as possible to meet student needs.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
Identify reasons and needs for online office hours
Learn best practices for utilizing and creating virtual office hours
Create virtual office hours for a course(s)
