This webinar will explore the concept of humanization in the online learning environment and how this concept can help shape and foster an equitable and empathetic learning community. In this 45-minute collaborative webinar, we will discuss what it means to show grace and kindness in the online learning environment and review how doing so can positively impact student learning. We will also share tools and techniques to incorporate grace and kindness into your online course.

By the end of the webinar, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the concept of humanization and how this translates to the online learning environment
  • Articulate how showing grace and kindness in the online learning environment can positively impact student learning
  • Apply tools and techniques related to grace and kindness to shape and foster an equitable and empathetic online learning community
