Doa Ross is the Deputy General Manager of Engineering for the Las Vegas Valley Water District and the Southern Nevada Water Authority. Her responsibilities include overseeing the Engineering, Infrastructure Management, and Customer Care and Field Services Departments.

Doa graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and serves on the Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering Advisory Board. She is a licensed professional engineer, has worked in the utility industry for over 21 years, and has been with the District for 20 years.

She will speak on how to move away from "traditional" engineering roles toward engineering that fulfills your life purpose.
