Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Dance Performance and Choreography auditions are for current and new dance majors only. Students are automatically considered for the Dance Faster program during auditions. All students attending these auditions must also attend placement auditions on the same day.

Attire for the audition is basic dance clothing and ballet shoes, jazz shoes, or non-slippery socks. The choreography can be in any style and must be the student’s own work. It should be a short solo, no more than two minutes long. Music must have the ability to be played through Bluetooth, AUX cord, or CD.

Please note that this Performance and Choreography Audition could potentially conflict with ongoing new student orientations and UNLV admissions events.  Check the dates and times of your orientation / campus events prior to choosing an Audition date accordingly.
