Topics of Discussion:
As a graduate student, you are often pulled in a lot of directions and may feel you need to clone yourself in order to get everything done. Short of cloning, we will show you some effective time management strategies, methods to avoid procrastination, ways to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine, and demonstrate SMART goal setting techniques to help improve you school-work-life balance.
