The Nevada Music Teachers Association will host their annual State Conference Friday and Saturday, August 23-24. The theme is "Bach to School" and will feature faculty from state universities and colleges, Nevada School of the Arts, collegiate chapter members, students, and association teachers. The recital will include performers on the von Beckerath pipe organ, period instruments, keyboard ensembles, winds, voice, and chamber ensembles. Composers include Bach, Bruhns, and others.

Parking: Attendees are welcome to park in the Cottage Grove Parking Garage. Parking is free after 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday; Fridays after 1 p.m.; and all day Saturdays and Sundays. During these times, visitors may park in any staff, student, or visitor space free of charge. Please observe handicapped/disabled, reserved, resident, and emergency parking restrictions at all times.
