Campus Location

Imagine if you combined music and entertainment, great food and social activities with robotics, advanced manufacturing and design. Well…ASME has actually done that and created an event where you can literally PARTY LIKE AN ENGINEER. E-Fests (Engineering Festivals) are three-day, two-night events that enable engineering students to expand their knowledge, test and showcase new skills, and inspire innovation.

In addition to engineering competitions including the Human Powered Vehicle Challenge (HPVC) and the Robotic Pentathlon, attendees will hear from Dr. Eva Hakansson, the world’s fastest female motorcycle rider, gain valuable job seeking skills, and tour UNLV Engineering Labs.

E-Fest West is one of three new ASME global events in the United States and the Asia Pacific region that will showcase the creativity and ingenuity of young engineers who will become tomorrow’s innovators and problem solvers.
