Description

Holly Lay MFA Thesis Exhibition

Digital Craft is a culmination of ideas related to craft mediums, digital representation, and consumption culture. Materials introduced within this exhibition explore the connections of kitsch aesthetic and pixelation. The work showcases a pixelated perspective through fiber that takes digital design into a physical form. It examines the way in which we are navigating our online identities, technology impacted consumerism and digital reproduction.
