Graduate studies comes with a large price tag. The cost of tuition and fees of graduate degree programs is roughly $30,000 per academic year. At UNLV, the Graduate College grants over $21million in graduate scholarships and funding. Many students also seek additional financial support through private scholarships and awards. This workshop will review scholarship opportunities, funding services, and valuable information on identifying, managing and reducing debt.

By participating in this workshop you will:

  • Learn where to find and apply for over $5.7 million available Graduate College scholarships, fellowships, and access grants 
  • Learn how to find and apply for graduate assistantships
  • Understand the differences between different types of funding, such as grants, loans, and scholarships
