The Alliance of Professionals of African Heritage will host its 37th annual Awards Ceremony for students of African heritage and 23rd annual African American Student Graduation Celebration.

The focus of this event is to celebrate academic excellence; acknowledge the dedication, perseverance, and commitment to higher education; recognize outstanding academic and leadership achievements with the Roosevelt Fitzgerald Outstanding Leadership and Thomas Wilson Community Service awards; and honor African-Heritage graduates receiving degrees from UNLV.
