About National Immigrants Day

October 28 is the anniversary of the unveiling of the Statue of Liberty, the statue by Emma Lazarus that sits in the harbor outside of New York City to welcome newcomers to America. To that end, October 28 is designated as National Immigrants Day in the United States.

About I Stand with Immigrants Day of Action

The I Stand With Immigrants Initiative, powered by FWD.us, leads narrative campaigns that empower immigrants and their allies to share stories and drive action that demonstrate immigration is good for our communities, economy, and country.
