Description
UNLV Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies presents the 2018 Lied Residential Real Estate Conference. Attendees will hear cutting-edge information from national industry experts about what's to come in residential real estate markets. The conference will be broken into two sections:
Residential Market Outlook
Dr. Frank Nothaft, Chief Economist, Corelogic
This session will focus on the housing market in Southern Nevada, with a focus on home values, housing cost, credit profile of borrowers, mortgage trends, indicators of housing supply, demographics of buyers and immigration patterns fueling housing demand.
Apartment Market Outlook
Kev Zoryan, Managing Director, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Assets
This session will focus on current trends in the apartment markets, outlook on demand and other emerging themes in the multifamily markets
