The UNLV Foundation Annual Dinner is a prominent philanthropic event in Las Vegas, honoring individuals and organizations that advance UNLV’s mission through their generous private support. The Annual Dinner celebrates philanthropy and the impact of higher education at UNLV, in our community, and around the world. Guests include the university’s major supporters and our community's most distinguished leaders, alumni, and philanthropists.
This year, as we celebrate UNLV's 60th anniversary, we will reflect on how far we've come to being Different, Daring, and Diverse - and look to the future, guided by two of our nation's most innovative and inspiring futurists -- Dr. Mae Jemison - American engineer, physician, and NASA astronaut as well as the first woman of color in the world to go into space, along with Dr. Michio Kaku - one of the most widely recognized figures in science in the world today. They will share the stage and their insights on what role UNLV and Nevada can envision for the next 60 years.
