1-Hour Trauma Informed Mind-Body Skills Training
For the past several years, and possibly even years before, our nervous systems have been overloaded due to anxiety, stress, burnout, and trauma. This one hour introductory session will provide attendees with a brief overview of how anxiety, stress, burnout and trauma affect our body, as well as some simple skills that you can use anywhere, at any time, to help regulate your nervous system. The mind-body connection is incredibly powerful. We hope you’ll join us to support your well-being!
These sessions are open to the faculty, staff, interns, residents, fellows, and students of the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV.
