Vice President for Diversity Initiatives & Chief Diversity Officer Search

The Vice President for Diversity Initiatives & Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) is a senior institutional administrator responsible for shaping, implementing, and promoting UNLV’s strategies to advance diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Reporting directly to the president, this individual will serve on the President’s Cabinet, and provide leadership for policies and initiatives to foster an equitable and inclusive campus climate.

The CDO will be a proactive and visible leader, providing guidance and inspiring change by ensuring that campus climate reflects the university’s values of access and equity.
