Pilates

This low-impact muscular endurance and flexibility class emphasizes the core through working the deep muscles of the abdominals, back, hips, and glutes. Benefits also include improved posture and enhanced mental awareness. All fitness levels are welcome, and this class is especially great for recovery/rehab post-injury.

Meditation

With the hustle and bustle of daily life, this 30 minute guided meditation invites you to unplug and take a breather. Different aspects may be explored from breath work to centering yourself.
