ATS can assist with a variety of services for UNLV-issued computers:

  • Report an issue with your PC
  • PC Quote Request - Request a quote for a new PC. Please note that ATS does not provide approval or initiate the purchase of equipment.
  • Software Request - Based on the department's needs, ATS will identify if there is an existing contract, if UNLV already has an enterprise contract, which group can procure it, etc.
  • Security Request - ATS can help determine the level of access needed to accomplish desired tasks in existing university software programs and help facilitate the request process.
