All employees must update personal data in Workday regularly to ensure compliance with state payroll taxes, benefits eligibility, and that required notices are sent to the right address.

The deadline to review and update your personal information is December 17, 2022.
Please login to Workday and follow these instructions to update your personal information:

  • Click on the cloud icon in the right-hand corner of the screen
  • Click on View Profile
  • Click on Actions beneath your name and title
  • Scroll to Personal Data in the menu
  • Select Change Contact Information
  • Ensure your home address, phone number, and personal email address is correct
    • To update your information, click on the Edit button
    • Select Submit when you are finished
