Two former UNLV undergraduate students published papers in the undergraduate philosophy journal Sophia. Both papers involve scholarly and personal reflection on their experiences teaching virtual pre-college philosophy classes during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rylan Garwood's paper is entitled "Debate and Dialogue: What Adult Philosophers Can Learn from Communities of Inquiry."
Iram Gonzalez's article is entitled "Freire en la Frontera: Philosophy Lessons from El Paso."
Congratulations, Iram and Rylan!
