Beginning in fall 2023, Grand-in-Aid applications will be submitted through Workday. View the Workday job aid and instructional video for more information.

Some exceptions where a paper form may still be required include applicants who are:

  • Retired faculty
  • Emeritus
  • Dependents of deceased faculty members 

If you are applying for Grant-in-Aid for the 2023 summer term, use the Grant-in-Aid paper form and submit it to HRGIA@unlv.edu. Paper applications will be processed within 1-2 weeks.
