The Student Employment Performance Evaluation Committee (SEPEC), made up of students, supervisors, and HR liaisons, is developing a student employment evaluation program. An important aspect of the program is using a pilot group of supervisors and students to test the process.

The program is designed to not only train supervisors on how to effectively evaluate their student employees but also for student employees to learn about their strengths and areas for growth in the workplace as they align with competencies for career readiness. 

Training for the pilot group begins on April 5.

If you are interested in participating in the pilot, contact Theresa Barrett Clark by March 24. Feedback from the pilot program will be utilized when the program launches in fall 2023.
