    • Approximately 750 spaces will be closed

  • Scarlet VIP Lot: A portion of this lot will be closed to all faculty, staff, and students after 10 a.m. on each event day

Alternative Parking

Additional parking is available in Lot T south of the Stan Fulton Building.

Additional garage parking may be available after 3 p.m. in the Cottage Grove Parking Garage and in the University Gateway Garage.

Event Staff – Part-time staff working the event will park in the far west side of the Gray Lot.

Additional Traffic Impacts

For brief periods in the evening, traffic will be redirected at the Wilbur St. entrance off of Tropicana Avenue. This enables event staff to direct the attendees to the parking area across University Center Drive and to the Gray Lot once the Scarlet Lot is full.

All university permit holders will still be allowed access to the Tropicana Parking Garage, which will be staffed to control space availability. The heaviest inflow of traffic to the area will be between 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.. Message boards will be placed in the area and a Clark County traffic technician will be on site to assist with traffic lights.

Please plan accordingly. Thank you for your cooperation and patience!
