Hello Scheduling Community,

We hope that this email finds you well. Below are some updates for Academic Scheduling for everyone to keep in mind.

  • The Fall 2020 build closes on January 26th. Please be sure to have your schedules completed by this date. This afternoon we sent out a first round of error reports for anything that has already been built.

  • The following are some common errors that we see and ask that you keep an eye on when building:

    • Associated class is not updated 

    • Ensure that Notes are added for Hybrid or Web classes

    • Incorrect Instructions modes. Do NOT use “P”

  • Please be on the lookout for a new special requests form for Special Accomodations, Combined classes and Back to Back classes that we will share when that time opens.

  • Please ensure that instructors have taken FERPA & that they are listed on their courses

Please remember to review the scheduling contact list and inform us of any changes that are needed. We want to be sure that we are communicating the latest information with all schedulers. If you have any changes to the contact list, please email scheduling@unlv.edu
