Human Resources will offer two faculty recruitment workshops on April 19. 

The virtual workshops will provide tools and resources for an efficient and effective search process and are ideal for search committee chairs, hiring managers, department chairs, HR liaisons, business managers, and faculty and staff serving on search committees. 

The first workshop will cover mitigating biases throughout each stage of the search process. The second workshop will discuss writing the job advertisement. Both workshops will be presented on each date. Attendees can register for one workshop or both. 

To register, complete the registration form. Attendees will receive the virtual meeting details before each workshop.

Please note: The workshops focus on national best practices in faculty recruiting. Human Resources offers separate training on using Workday for faculty and classified searches.
