The Nevada Archaeological Association (NAA) and Am-Arcs of Nevada are pleased to announce the 2023 Joint NAA/Am-Arcs Student Research Grant Competition! This student research grant competition provides students – either graduate or undergraduate – with the opportunity to apply for funding for research that pertains to the archaeology of the Great Basin or American Southwest and has implications for the prehistory or history of Nevada.

 This year, two grants may be awarded:
•       Up to $3,000 for PhD student research
•       Up to $1,500 for non-PhD (Master’s and below) student research
 
The deadline for student grant applications is March 31, 2023.
