Pi Mu Epsilon is a national honorary society in mathematics. If you have an overall GPA of at least 3.0 in your mathematics/statistics courses (that include Calculus I, Calculus II, and at least two additional math/stat courses higher than Calculus II), then you may qualify for induction into this honorary society. The local chapter is the Nevada Beta Chapter of Pi Mu Epsilon.
There is a one time membership fee of $40 ($30 for national membership plus $10 for local chapter) that is for a lifetime membership and includes two issues (one year) of the Pi Mu Epsilon Journal. For more information about the national society, please visit http://pme-math.org/.
If you are interested in joining, then please submit your responses on the Google form Pi Mu Epsilon Application.
