Hello Scheduling Community,

We hope that this email finds you well. We intend for this communication to keep you up to date on information regarding course scheduling for the Fall 2019 and Spring 2020 semesters. As always, our goal in Scheduling is to provide you with the appropriate space for your courses with safety, course needs, building preference and space and seat optimization being considered. 

  • The Fall semester is starting on August 26th. In order for there to be less grading issues at the end of the semester, Instructors NEED to be listed with approve access.

  • The Final exam schedule will be available AFTER the first week of class. If one of your classes does not require a final exam, please let us know immediately. 

  • Spring 2020 Schedule is now locked for the Scheduling team to run our final clean up queries. Any major edits or corrections that you need to a course from this point on will need to be done by the Scheduling team. As we run our final queries, we may be reaching out with any questions about sections. We also need to know what classes to combine, classes that are back to backs and if there are any special accommodations; both medical and non-medical.

  • We have created a new note, 099, for any electronic educational tools that may require any costs. This note has to be on classes prior to registration to ensure that students are aware of possible additional expenses.

  • We are working on cleaning up Instructor tables. If you notice that you have any instructors listed that should not be there anymore, please send us a list and we will work on cleaning the tables up so you only see instructors that are active.

  • We have created the Fall 2020 Spring 2021 Production Cycle Calendar and attached it for you all to have a copy of.
