Are you a classroom aide or paraprofessional in a Southern Nevada public school? You are a vital contributor to education and, thanks to the Paraprofessional Pathway Project, making the transition to a full-time teaching career can take as little as one year! You may even qualify to be reimbursed for some or all your costs.
Offered through UNLV’s College of Education, the Paraprofessional Pathways Project (PPP) helps education support staff (i.e., paraprofessionals) pursue teaching licenses in Nevada. During its pilot year, the project is generously supported by UNLV, Teach for America, and the Clark County School District to cultivate the next generation of high-quality, diverse educators for Southern Nevada.
