The UNLV School of Medicine and its clinical arm, UNLV Medicine, began providing curbside COVID-19 testing for Southern Nevadans in late March. Testing capacity has expanded in recent days and, as of April 27, more than 5,000 tests have been administered to individuals who meet the CDC’s criteria to receive a test.

Medical students are doing screening and intake for children at daycare facilities set up and run by the cities of Las Vegas and Henderson for their first responders and mandatory employees.
