Now under construction, the Advanced Engineering Building will give the Howard R. Hughes College of Engineering more elbow room for its fast-growing number of majors. When it opens in 2024, the building will offer expanded research facilities, a new makerspace for building large-scale projects, and a drone aviary for developing autonomous aerial systems.
