Web Work Requests

Need to update a few things on your current website? Or, want to build a brand-new website? Start by filling out this form.

Complete steps 1-7 and attach any files or graphics. If you prefer, you may also print out a hard copy of the existing web page and clearly mark the corrections on the printout. Send printouts to Web Communications, mailcode 1024, or hand deliver to TAC-205.

2. Indicate the type of work you need done

Maintenance and minor development services are only available on websites that were produced by Web Communications.

Choose one type of work:*


This type of work includes:

  • minor text changes on existing pages
  • add/replace/remove PDF, XLS, PPT, or DOC files
  • add/replace/remove individual photo or graphic elements


This type of work includes, but is not limited to:

  • multiple web pages
  • newsletters (HTML-formatted pages)
  • online forms
  • photo galleries
  • video or audio clips (with accompanying transcript)
  • Flash elements
  • major content restructuring that impacts the integrity or functionality of a site, such as primary navigation changes or addition/removal of major sections.


Select this option if you'd like to build a website in UNLV's official web design template.

3. Indicate your deadline (if request is urgent)

4. List the location of your webpage

5. Attach any new text or graphics

Accepted formats: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, GIF, PNG, JPEG

  • HTML-formatted documents will not be accepted.

Maximum total file size is 5 MB for all documents. If your documents are too large to submit via the form, complete the work request form and then email the documents separately to webcomm@unlv.edu. Reference the work request number in the email.
