Update Info on an Account

For use by UNLV departments, committees, and organizations that maintain accounts on the UNLV web server (web.unlv.edu). Use this form to update account information, close an account, or transfer responsibility to a new owner. Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed. You will be notified by email when your paperwork is ready for signature.

Part 1: Changes Requested for Your Account

NOTE: Password changes cannot be processed through this form. To request a new password, please contact the Web Help Desk at 895-2886 to schedule an appointment.

Ownership of the account will be transferred to you and a new password will be issued.
