UNLV believes that any instance of academic misconduct hurts the entire community, and that the values of honesty, trust, respect, fairness, responsibility and professionalism are paramount. Therefore, to uphold and support standards of personal honesty and integrity for all members of the campus community consistent with the goals of a community of scholars and students seeking knowledge, it will be the policy of UNLV to enforce these standards through fair and objective procedures governing instances of alleged student academic misconduct.
