Campus Advocacy Resource and Empowerment (CARE)

The UNLV CARE Line is dedicated to helping victims, survivors, and secondary victims of sexual assault, domestic and relationship violence, and stalking. The advocates who staff our hotline undergo an intensive 32-hour training as well as continuing education on topics surrounding interpersonal violence.

Trainings are conducted once every semester and consist of topics such as consent, crisis intervention, effective communication, safety planning, and protection orders.

If you are interested in becoming a CARE Line Advocate, please contact Sabreena Hassim at 702-895-0604 or by email unlvcareline@gmail.com.
