OPEN BUILD

Department Schedulers have access to edit all aspects of their schedules.

  • Utilize the PS spreadsheets and scheduling liaison documents to adjust schedule information.
  • IF your department has priority use in ANY academic space NOW is the time to assign them to sections.
  • Instructors can be adjusted starting now and through the entirety of the scheduling cycle.

  • Chalk vs. White Board, etc.
  • Rooms that did not get assigned will be researched, departments contacted on how to adjust course to obtain room assignment.
