University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), and Nevada State College (NSC) as part of the Nevada System of Higher Education, are tax-exempt under NRS (Nevada Revised Statutes) 372.325, the Sales and Use Tax Act of Nevada; NRS 374.330, the Local School Support Tax Act; and NRS 377 when applicable. All companies shall sell to UNLV and NSC on a tax-exempt basis and take a deduction as provided by Column C of the sales and use tax return.
