Project THREAD Faculty Resources

Workshops - About the Workshops

UNLV and Project THREAD have worked together to present a variety of opportunities for classroom and pre-service teachers to learn to integrate technology throughout their curricula. Semester long courses such as ICE 700E and ICG 700E are offered to familiarize educators with different methods for using technology in order to support student learning. Other workshops, such as Apple's Creating Digital Movies, and the Student Teaching & Practicum Field Supervisors Workshop are one to three day classes that focus on using technology in the classroom. For more information about each class, please click on any of the following course titles.

In addition to these courses, Project THREAD also offers a Summer Training Institute. This series of half and full-day workshops focus on teaching participants how to use a variety of technology. For information about seminars, times, and locations, please check the Project THEAD Workshop Calendar
