Dr. Donald G. Anderson brings extensive experience to this project as an educator, an evaluator and as a manager or large projects. He is founder and President of Delphi Research of Nevada, Inc., having recently completed five years as Director of Research & Development for the nation's eighth largest school system, the Clark County School District of Nevada. Prior to that assignment, he was a building Principal for 15 years during which time he earned his Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Brigham Young University (1983) with an emphasis on organizational leadership. While serving as Director of Research & Development for the Clark County School District, he performed or directed a range of program evaluations within the District. His own evaluations go well beyond 100 in number, having performed over 140 evaluations of grants for the Clark County Public Education Foundation alone. At present he is evaluator for a U.S. Department of Education PT3 Capacity Building grant to the College of Education of the University of Nevada Las Vegas as well as evaluator for the District's first charter school, Odyssey Charter School. Dr. Anderson also serves as education consultant and grant evaluator for the Las Vegas Valley Water District's Las Vegas Springs Preserve and is leadership and management consultant for the Everett School District in Everett, Washington.
