Jhone M. Ebert is currently the Coordinator, Secondary Instructional Technology Services for the Clark County School District. Jhone is responsible for the infusion of technology into secondary curriculum, providing professional development for Educational Computing Strategists, teachers and administrators, as well as assisting sixty-nine schools with the implementation of the technology plans. She recently served as co-project manager, deploying over 9,100 computers into classrooms within six months. Jhone is working on a statewide project to develop and deliver sixteen technology videos for professional development. In addition, she is the Chair of the Nevada Educational Technology Consortium, which represents all school districts in the state. Mrs. Ebert has received the Tandy Award for Excellence in Education (1995) and the presidential Award for Excellence in Secondary Mathematics Teaching (1996).
