Project THREAD is part of a U.S. Department of Education PT3 grant that aims at weaving together a mixture of learning opportunities to prepare preservice teachers for tomorrow's technology-rich classrooms. Through a variety of collaborative initiatives, such as a mini-grant program, one-on-one faculty support, and standards-based planning, the grant seeks to move from "pockets" of technology integration toward widespread infusion in all aspects of our teacher preparation program.
