Selecting Multiple Cells

Selecting Individual Cells

1. Click on the first cell you want to select. We chose B4.

   

2. Holding down the Control key (Ctrl), click on the cells you want to select. You will notice that as you select other cells, the cell previously selected will be shaded in blue.

   

3. Any changes that you make will apply to all the cells selected.
