These committees serve an advisory role to the A/E providing input on programming, design, and other processes and issues regarding the project and the Project Overview Document.

Project Overview Document

This document defines the project's general program parameters and scope and establishes the guiding principles for the development of the project.

Project Program Development

The project program defines in detail the project's program within the project overview document. The A/E consults with the user group for program input.

Project Program Validation & Preliminary Site Analysis

At this stage, the program is further refined and site options are developed in preparation for the design and bidding/buy-out phases.
