Fiscal Year 2014

Below are the UNLV Planning and Construction Fees for fiscal year 2014. Overall changes include a separate tiered rate with reductions in Project Management fees for furniture and equipment projects and a small increase in Annual Permit Fees to cover the costs of the Annual Permit program. Project estimates will begin incorporating fiscal year 2014 fees starting on June 1, 2013 in anticipation of projects that will commence in fiscal year 2014. UNLV Planning and Construction will make the determination on whether a project is primarily design and construction or furniture and equipment.

Note: UNLV Planning and Construction reserves the right to assess and determine project management fees, annual permit fees, and prevailing wage compliance fees on case-by-case bases if projects have unique or mitigating circumstances.
