Najia Haidery moved to the United States during 2003 after working for the United Nations supporting poor families in third world countries. Najia received a Bachelor of Sciences in Comprehensive Medical Imagining with concentration on Medical Ultrasound from UNLV. While pursuing her degree, Najia worked in the Division of Health Sciences Advising Center and medical clinics as a front desk receptionist. During that role, she developed a desire and passion to support students’ educational goals, and wanted to pursue a career in higher education. In her leisure time, Najia likes watching basketball, hiking, working out, and reading.
