Research

My research encompasses both theory and applications of statistics. I am currently interested in novel applications of statistical methodology in the biomedical sciences. Problems that I have worked on include prediction models for cancer mortality and incidence, joint models for longitudinal and survival data, and clustering genes based on microarray data.
