Kathleen Pucci
Biography
Kathleen Pucci is the coordinator for the undergraduate fourth level course, Managing Complex Nursing Care in Diverse Populations, and she is involved with assisting with the integration of human patient simulation into the nursing curriculum.
Pucci received her bacheor’s from the University of Massachusetts and her master’s degree from Curry College in Boston, MA. Following her master’s degree, she became certified as a Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL). Pucci brings 18 years of experience in critical care and emergency nursing, and most recently was the emergency department manager for a Level III Trauma Center in Massachusetts.
Pucci is an active member of the American Nurses Association, Nevada Nurses Association, Zeta Kappa Chapter and Theta at Large Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International, Emergency Nurses Association, American Association of Critical-Care Nurses, and the ambassador for the National League for Nursing.
