Jackie Kinsey is the Director of Finance for the School of Nursing at UNLV. She is a key strategic advisor to the dean and associate deans regarding financial decisions. She coordinates financial planning, budget activities, and resource allocation for the school. She has fiduciary responsibility for maintaining a sound financial environment in the School of Nursing. Jackie received her bachelor's degree in economics in 2009 here at UNLV. Very soon after that, in February 2010, she joined the UNLV team as an Administrative Assistant III at the Clinical Simulation Center. Two years into her role as the Admin Assistant she was promoted to Director of Operations and Finance of the Clinical Simulation Center, where she oversaw all daily business and financial operations, including the management of all staff members. In 2020, Jackie moved to the School of Nursing where she became the Director of Finance. She manages the Business Manager at the Clinical Simulation Center as well as the Continuing Education Coordinator, essentially overseeing all Nursing programs' financial aspects within the school.
