Chris Smith is the Director of Corporate Human Resources for Caesars Entertainment. He moved to Las Vegas in 2006 and opened the Employment Center behind Bally’s and worked as Director of Regional Training until his promotion to corporate in 2008. He has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification and has participated in three property openings including New York-New York, Aladdin, and Rincon.

He is currently president of the Harrah Hotel College alumni board. He was a Cum Laude graduate from UNLV in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. He started in room reservations at New York-New York, while in school in 1997.
