The free parking lot on campus is Lot S (corner of Harmon and Swenson). No permit is required to park in this lot.
A metered lot specifically for visitors is located at the main entrance of the campus at Maryland Parkway and Harmon Avenue. Metered parking costs $1 per hour. Metered parking is also available in various lots throughout the campus.
In addition, visitors may purchase a daily, weekly, or monthly permit from Parking & Transportation Services that will allow them to park in student spaces. This permit cannot be used as a method of payment for metered parking.
Reserved spaces are available for purchase by faculty, staff, and students. There are three lots on campus that offer a number of reserved spaces, one located near the Lied Library, one located in the parking garage on the corner of Cottage Grove and Maryland Parkway, and one located on the South side of of Frank and Estella Beam Hall.
